As India, is a developing nation and is developing its cybersecurity system but from earlier times till we are dependent on other countries for technology so its a great risk for our countries database that's why Aadhar data is not secured enough and make hacked easily by hackers as we don't have control over it but after creating our own security system it might be secured enough.

Hello friends, Aadhar card is one of the identities of our selves like election card, pan card. Nowadays most of the companies asking for an Aadhar card for a verification. Everyone might have done the paytm KYC process while doing verification also they ask for Aadhar card. Somehow it is useful but somehow it is not. Because the 12 digit number on the Aadhar card may be misused.

Good morning everyone,

I would like to make a point. What I think is Aadhar was a good initiative taken by the Modi government in 2014.

It was a good move for a step towards digital India. By Aadhar, the government has a database of everyone so that a proper channel would be maintained. As this thing is solely operated by our government of India hence it is completely secured.

Hello Friends, I am Ram.

In my opinions, Adhar card is secure and a good initiative of the Indian government, earlier other identity cards miss used by other persons but now Aadhar card is secure and its accepted after biomatrix verification but it is also riskful for uneducated peoples because Adhar is recommended for every government schemes, bank and many more places.

Hi friends,

It is really useful one that link our Aadhaar with other identities such as PAN card, Driving license, Bank account. Etc. It reduces the fraudsters happened over our accounts. By linking Aadhaar, beneficiary of scheme is particularly given to the people, rather goes to all. Maintain single identity is better compare to all identities to be carried.

Aadhaar Cards distinguished by Government to recognize as a denizen. It establishes by the Central government. It's eternally secure. For illustration, if you desire to change your address it's not the simplest one. It's fully conserved by OTP. But a hacker can go sky scraping if they strive to get the information. It's not the easiest one also extremely.

Yes, it can be handled by the ministry of E&IT cell.

Aadhar is mandatory because it is a basic document which means other documents are also dependent on it. It proves that you are a legal and authenticate INDIAN person.

It also takes our IDs like our Retina, fingerprint and so on.

And that's the reason it is a crucial and secure document in INDIA.

I don't think that the Aadhaar database is secured because all the data are maintained in electronic form and so any person can steal data if there will be any problem in security. And there was also a case of paytm where all the data of the customer is stolen by women and she said that she'll leak the data so there is always a chance of leaking of data.

Yes, Aadhaar card number may be publically available but UIAOI claims that Aadhaar is just like any other id like phone no, therefore, is never to be treated as a confidential document. By simply knowing someone's Aadhaar, no one can impersonate and harm him because Aadhaar alone is not sufficient, it requires biometrics to authenticate one's Identity.
