Like every database, Aadhar is also enough secured, but unlike others, many persons try to breach the security of ADB. Unique Identification Authority of India (UIAOI) is also ensuring about the security and third party access of data inculcate in ADB. Some persons who wants to oppose just to put their view in public and with improper information are opposing for this. I think all the services of public domain should be attached with this so life would be more globally accessible as well as more comfortable.

According to my points of view, Adhar database not 100% but mostly secured because UIDAI is continuously updating its security parameters looking new threats in cyberspace.

As we know that in Aadhar database Name, address, fingerprint and the facial photograph is kept recorded only besides other information about the family, bank account details, financial, property details will never have recorded in the database,

As we give Aadhar number to the bank, a mobile company, they only send Aadhar number and biometrics to UIDAI for verification for identity only thought they do not send bank account details, so we can say that Aadhar is more secure and trust than another identity in India.

Thanks.

The aadhar database is not secured enough since a security researcher brought to the notice that the demographic data of over five lakhs people were leaked on a website. The website were immediately closed but this shows that the data is not secured.

UIDAI itself lodgeg complain against axis bank to use biometric which is violation of aadhar act. Also the peoples whose biometric was used were not informed. All these shows that UIDAI has to work hard to secure aadhar database.

It's a good initiative taken by the government to make Aadhar card for everyone. But then there is a question mark about is it really secure? The system should be such that only user n authorities (not everyone. Only selected like 2 or 2 in town) can get access to data. It has been noticed that some other agents can also access data to make policies, pan card etc. This factory makes the Aadhar database unsafe. And secondly increasing cybercrime can tend to steal and manipulation of the database.

Aadhaar is a unique identity in India which requires everywhere for every purpose. It's good decision taken by govt to link Aadhaar to a bank account, pan card, even Aadhaar is like identity card of India. This decision is very Resultable for the age is below 18. Because this category doesn't have any identity of India. As per my view, Aadhaar card is one of the most important factors in this era of digitalization as most of the people do their banking activities online and things are much simple now. We don't have to carry a bunch of paper if our Aadhaar is linked and it can be done Easily.

So, moral is that Aadhaar is the best thing to grow our country only we have to implement more security for that.

Hello friends,

We can not judge that Aadhar database is secure or not.

However it is in our hand. Aadhar is a secure Id if we use it only in some useful places like as in government offices but this may be insecure if we use Aadhar everywhere such as if we are going to buy a new sim we use Aadhar to activate it but the government denies you to use Aadhar because it may be insecure for you.

Hello,

As we have seen in the past few months that there has been a sudden surge in cybercrime rates throughout the world so it is natural that one may doubt one's security while transacting online or providing one's Aadhaar number for any purpose because our Aadhaar card has got all our personal information about our residency and our contact numbers. But we are overlooking this fact that our Aadhaar is a 'biometric card' which has our unique fingerprint on it and nothing is more secure than our own fingerprint. If our Aadhaar card gets stollen somehow still that person will not be able to get access to our bank account without our own biometric access or an OTP. This data has been released by the authority itself. So no one can get access to our information unless he/she gets our permission by accepting the OTP or fingerprint scan. And if by any chance that person opens our bank account just by the Aadhar number then in that case that bank will be held responsible. So, I would say Aadhaar database is highly secured. Thank you.

Aadhar database is a important database for under 18 generation because they have no identity card. But I think this is not a secure database. At the present days, the Aadhar is linked with our bank account, mobile number etc. If it is lost then we face many problem.

So, I think it is not safe for us.

One issue happened last month that one small boy rescue by just because of Aadhaar card.

But on another side, we have to secure firmly this. Because our every information are linked with Aadhaar if someone stole our Aadhaar then it is very easy to hack our personal Information because they can easily know about our DOB.

So moral is that Aadhaar is the best thing to grow our country only we have to implement more security for that.

Thanks.
