Aadhaar card provides a unique identification number to every citizen of India. It is a smart step taken by the prime minister for the digitalization of the country.

When we talk about the security of stuff connected to our Aadhar card, Government organizations are working to provide maximum security.

Aadhaar card number can be accessed by anybody but, for various security purposes biometric as well as OTP authentication securities are provided by it which is far better than any other card in India in terms of security.

We can add some other security features in Aadhaar card with the help of various industries government should also give the opportunity to a private organization to add various security features after examining add on features.

Security is a major issue in today's world.

Good evening friends,

Yes, the Adhaar card is secured according to my point of view. Because through adhar card we can identify the basic details such as address proof, dob, name, age. We can easily identify the person belong to the citizen of India and it is also useful for the government in recruitment process, bank account, railways reservation, domestic flight, etc.

It is also used to recognize a right and wrong person and protest terrorist attack in the form of security purpose.

Thanku.

Aadhaar data is fully safe and secure and there has been no data leak or breach at UIDAI, " the authority said in response to a report based on RTI that 210 government website made Aadhaar information public. . "mere display of demographic information cannot be misused without biometrics, " the statement said.

Yes, Aadhaar card no may be publically available but UIAOI claims that Aadhaar is just like any other id like phone no, therefore, is never to be treated as a confidential document. By simply knowing someone's Aadhaar, no one can impersonate and harm him because Aadhaar alone is not sufficient, it requires biometrics to authenticate one's identity. Aadhar launched by the government of India has reached almost every part of India and almost every Indian is registered under it.

Hello everyone,

According to me, Aadhaar is very safe and secure. It is a very good initiative from the government of India for the identification of the citizen of India and till now almost every citizen has an Aadhar card. It is very safe and secure as to access addhar detail one needs the phone to which the OTP is sent. Moreover to alter the data one needs biometrics to match.

Yes like any other system the Aadhar is getting better day by day and some glitches are present but it absolutely secure.

It has helped in the identification of people easily. It has made sending the subsidiary to poor easy and also decreased corruption.

Thus Aadhar is a very good and secure system.

Yes, from my point of vie, w the Aadhar is secured. The facilities for poors by government are reached through adhar. The curruption rate reduced. As the whole information like address phone no, bank account, is linked with adhar the one can easily know the person and take action against the terrorism.

Thank you.

Hello friends. Aadhaar is one of the most important Identity for everyone. Nowadays it is compulsory in every field like in government field, bank accounts, job application form etc. Moreover people have their personal information linked to Aadhar so they might be quite worried about misuse of information or they might be thinking that is it safe or not ? So according to UIDAI i.e. Unique Identification Authority of India uptil now there is not a single case of financial loss due to Aadhar. For any Aadhar access we require finger print scanning and two IRIS scan and at the end of all the process we get one OTP i.e.one time password which comes on our mobile number linked to Aadhaar. So looking to all these securities I think Aadhaar database is secured.

Yes, Aadhar database is completely secured now and recently UIDAI said that there is no single issue with Aadhar database, everything is secured. Aadhar is like an identity card to represent the person is a citizen of India. Everything is linked to this Aadhar like our contact details, bank account and everything so that it will be useful for the government to know who is not paying the tax.

In my opinion. Definitely,Yes!

*Aadhar signifies Unique Identification for citizens which is completely a confidential database.

*Aadhar Act, 2016 implies All India authenticated identity proof for citizens of India in envisaging benefits from Governmental schemes and Benefits.

*Harsh reality may be that Private firms can misuse the database hence criteria could be made not to allow such firms to assume Adhaar ID of applicants.

*Governmental firms never breach such database with anyone as per the Data Protection Act, 2017. So Consensually everything is secured and can't be disclosed without the consent of individual.

Thank you!
