I think a ban of 500, 1000 Rs notes is a good action for reducing the corruption which was taken by our PM.

But due to some problems occurred in the execution of the action many of the middle class and poor people are the first affected one. Also, yet now there is no changes were made due to this action.

In my point of view, all are correct but we are think in different sides of situation. The major of money come out from the corrupted people. But come out money directly not went there their own accounts in-between generated some mediator people they asked the corrupted people I change the black money to white money but what was use for me first you give me a some commision after I change the money black to White. This is one example of changed money black to white. There vary of techniques used the peoples changed of the money. I requesting one thing of govt of India this process have to take again again for atleast 2 years once time.

Corruption in India is in active mode since its independence. It is like some kind of gift from British Empire to us. Corruption are of various types and among them, the most popular mode of corruption is money. Suppose I go to circle office for any office work and approach any official person. They won't do until I drop some amount to their pocket. This is lower level of corruption where people deal in smaller denomination in general and higher denomination in particular. When we look corruptions such as passing a tender in someone's favour, the officials see no limit and place a higher amount which are transacted in higher denomination. Among all the denominations, 500 & 1000 were the most prevailing ones. To cut the line of continuity of this money giving system, I think it is a good step from govt to demonetize those currencies.

As per the topic, demonetization banning 500 and 1000 are good but I wasn't seems to right for middle class and low class families because initial stages little problem was there by converting and also expected notes are yet to print by RBI it was an improper planning and and implementation failure, this decision pulls the nation back to 60's worst kind of execution by Govt of India.

Hi friends,

According to my point of view, it's just like changing of clothes, because demonetisation affected only common man, small businesses and farmers only, the main corruption in India lies in upper-class families, ministers etc, after demonetisation no minister was caught in corruption cases or cbi raids, black money can come again in power after banning and bring new notes, so it didn't solve any problems.

I was listening to a debate once. The member of opposition said that out of all the Black Money that exists in India, only 4% of it is in cash. The rest of it is in gold, property and in foreign banks.

After the noteban out of the total 15 lac crore in 500-1000 notes that existed atleast 30% of that was considered to be black money which was amounted to be 4 lac crore. After the end of the 50 day period, almost 14 lac crore rupees were recovered by the government.

This clearly states that a large amount of money expected to be recovered as black money was deposited as white money. Hence the money was laundered by the black money holders.

Hence I would say that corruption isn't uprooted but it is just changing clothes.

Demonitisation which was announced by our prime minister Narendra Modi. On a serious note banning of 500 and 1000 rs was just the one step to uproot d large body of corrupt people who were just using the money of innocent people. Many people suffered a lot in this whole scenario which took almost 50 days but still it's not completed because these corrupt people are sticked so badly that they will take many more years. Our Police arrested many people who were doing corruption and I think that this step was taken in the favour of Poor people and honest people who are really working hard to earn a penny. This was the big step which uprooted many people and still the counting does not stop, it still goes on.

Hello everyone,

Yes, corruption is uprooted but not entirely. It is a great reform for Indians. As it will help to uproot corrupted people. Our Income tax department are still working and Tracking the transactions of people to uproot the corrupted people and their money.

Hello Everyone,

As my point of view, Ban on 500, 1000 notes are just changing clothes. It does not have a single effect on the corruption. It was just a step to trouble common people. Black money holders have just got a chance to make their money white and the government and bank workers have fully helped them to do so.

Ban on the notes have just given a new rise to the corruption as for a government employee whose black money was wasted due to the demonetization he/she will now do more corruption to recover his/her amount and this amount will recover only from the common peoples, not from the high society citizens.

Ban on 1000 note and introducing 2000 was not a better idea to stop the corruption. Corrupt government officers who were taking illegal gratification of 1000 will now take the gratification of 2000. It means the corruption has double due to this step.

As my point of view, it's just changing of clothes.

Thank you.
