Any changes in the context of any things will be highly opposed by many of us but will be accepted by those who see the real intention behind the changes.

We can't say that steps taken on 8th Nov 2016 by Modi " demonetization " is one step to uproot corruption. It's OK even if it's not possible to uproot it's 100% but at-least some of % corruption is gets cleared. Yeah, it will also difficult to normal peoples also to change 500, 1000 rs notes. Need to stand in a queue but it's ok. To get something we have to pay something.

It was a bold move by the Indian government to ban the 500 and 1000 notes and launch the new notes. The motive was to uproot the corruption but somewhere it was a failure. This happened due to the various windows provided by the government, changing decisions every now and then. I appreciate that the government though of the common man and provided the windows but that was advantageous for the corrupt people as well. No big leader or businessman has been caught even after such a big move. It's not like that they didn't have black money. They were successful in not being caught.

Now, also there is no limit to corruption, the fake currency has again taken place in the market. So if the step is taken then it should be tough, thinking of the future benefits.

Ban 500, 1000 note is very good topic now a days. It is a very good topic for discussion, and dynamic topic too because there are various opinion behind that some people say that it will reduce corruption, some people say that it is only temporary change after some time corruption will again infect the society.

But as a Indian or as a common man, I will accept and respect the government decision because after some regression most of the public said that, this decision will vanish the corruption.

Some years ago there were lots black money was in swiss bank, but after note ban that money value became zero.

Lots of duplicate note's has been vanished.

Banning of 500 and 1000 notes are a very good decision which can, directly and indirectly, helps our Indian economy which can be noticed in future. I want to thank our PM Modi as he takes this great change over in Indian economy. After implementation of this banning, thousands of crores of unnoticed black money and money of terrorists get noticed. Because of this decision, crores of money of terrorists which is in Indian currency went into dustbin which could not be replaced by new notes as that money does not have any proofs and recognised owners. So the economy of terrorist groups which are nearer to India drastically fallen down which indirectly helps our Indian security. Coming to difficulties faced by middle class and poor people, for better future I think it may not be so difficult for them and I think all the categories of people can understand the advantages of it.

But the only drawback is in it's implementation as before printing of proper amount new denomination notes, the decision is implemented which created some difficulties for people.

Demonetization is better some peoples. Some peoples are suffered. Due to demonetization, we can avoid the to give funds for terrors.

But so sad about who are not having the bank account. Because money demand will increase by banning of 500 & 1000 RS.

Hi friends.

Thank you for giving me this opportunity.

On October 8 our prime minister has to take a wonderful decision for the purpose of banning of old 500 &1000notes. In that decision, having some benefits and losses also included. First, we will discuss the losses. At that particular instant of time lot of people are struggling for the exchange of money to stay in front of banks. And also in that particular instant 126 people are died. We will forget those losses we will consider only the benefits. Corruption in India will be largely reduced, all the transactions are in the government hand, tax rates are also privacy, and the life style of the people increased more development in the day to day life. These are the basic some of the examples of the banning of old notes. Thank you.

In my point of view, banning of 500 and 1000 rs notes is a great decision of our PM Narendra Modi. It is a step to control of flowing of black money but by implementing this step is not good. Becuase some people who have the influence they easily change their money to white and some bank managers also supported them. This is the main drawback of this banning money. It will effect some more but not heavily effects who have black money. And another drawback is most of the elder people are affected by illness, They have no bank account. They are waiting in queue for changing money. Working man& women they lose their one-day work for changing money.

DEMONETIZATION IN ITSELF IS ONE OF THE BIGGEST FINANCIAL CHANGE THAT HAS TAKEN PLACE.

WE SHOULD CONGRATULATE THE MODI GOVT FOR:.

1. TAKING SUCH A BOLD STEP.

2. ALMOST SUCCESSFUL IN REPLACING NOTES IN FEW MONTHS THAT TOO IN SUCH A BIG COUNTRY LIKE INDIA WITHOUT MAJOR UNTOWARD INCIDENT.

3. HE HAS PROVEN THAT HE WILL NOT SHY AWAY FROM TAKING BOLD DECISIONS.

4. FOR HUGE REDUCTION IN INCIDENTS IN NAXAL AREAS AND NAXALITES GIVING UP IN HUGE NUMBERS.

5. STONE PELTERS IN KASHMIR REDUCING DRASTICALLY.

NOW, TO BE FRANK AND HONEST, THERE WAS HUGE DIFFICULTIES METED TO COMMON MAN OR POOR PEOPLE.

REASONS ARE AS FOLLOWS:.

We can't deny the fact that we as a common man of this nation were forced to pay bribes, or indulge in malpractices of corruption at least once in our life, may be willingly or being coerced. But we can't deny that we haven't indulged. So if it has to be wiped, we need to jump in, we need to make sacrifices. We can't expect from ultra rich people to do so. They wont, they never have done. Be it freedom of struggle or anything. Its common man always. SO if we need to get rid of corruption we should be ready to make such sacrifices.

Second thing, I work in one of the biggest psb, and I have noticed the trend. You give a man a fish, you feed him for a day, but if you teach him fishing, you feed for his lifetime. But this does not hold true in nation like ours. Because people just want fish for a day. They are ready to stand whole day in queue for subsidy, but they will not go for a work to earn a day's wage. Many people (poors) have taken lot of commissions from factory owners, or black money hoarders for exchange of their money. Alone Modi can't bring change. When it was expected to get much needed honesty from people of India, we have failed him. Be it Bankers, or RBI officers, Or Poor/middle income people, we all have helped the corrupt people to have a escape. Lets not at least blame Modi for our fault.

Third, People of India needs, result in a day/month. It won't come. It will never show positive or good results so soon. Let's be patient for some years before playing it down.

Fourth, yes it could have been planned and executed in a better way, but how? Please explain this.

Had Rbi printed those notes before hand in large numbers, news would have been spread like a wild fire. I remember getting a pic of rupee 2000 note before demonetisation in Watsapp. Just imagine had Govt printed rs. 500/- note, and had this image been circulated, hoarders would have got fair idea that govt is going to replace the old 500 or ban it, and then if we imagine the consequences, that would be huge.

But yes everything has a scope of improvement and so does this too. But in my idea, I really feel Its more to say than to implement.
