Hello Everyone,
We all had seen that poor and middle-class peoples stand in queues for exchanging their notes but I think demonetization if for them who had black money. So the middle-class peoples suffer a lot without having black money and politician, businessman and other culprits are able to exchange their money without standing in queues and in a democratic country a single person like PM can't take any decision on their own.

Hi friends.
In my point of view, demonetization is a good and better idea to avoid corruptions but the way of implementation is only lacking this process, initially they must have the plan for implementation and new money distributions, we all know that after few days old currencies are floated in rivers and located in trashes, but at the same time some black money holders change their bulk money by the aid of some bank managers.
The proverb is best suited for this process is "Don't step in the river without knowing its depth".
So, I concluded that was the best idea for eliminating black money if this process has some scheduled plans unless it is not better.

Hi friends.
In my point of view, ban of 500, 1000 notes partially uprooted the corruption.
It was not successful because, it created and applied suddenly.
No proper decision was taken because it was not discussed a lot about it. And we all know quick decision always can't be the best.
The second one thing is that, the mentality of ours. As we know, a huge of black money converted into white because of ourselves.
As we know clap can't be complete without both hands.
So we will also have to participate in this type of mission with the government so that the mission can achieve the goal.

Hi Friends, I am Vipin. I agree with my all friends but here I would like to mention that:-.
1. Do we ask something to the government before implementation anything or government do the same?
2. Are people of India is ready for this change from villages, metropolitan and city?
We know that every reform has its limited benefits and more losses/disadvantages. Demonetization also is like that.
How can a government come with a reform without conveying any dialogue to the nation before implementation on it. It is like that a king of princely state ignore the suggestions of the people.
It has been 38 years when the last demonetization happen. From last 38 years, we are running the country with the corruption and black money. I know it uprooted the corruption from some areas of Indian states. But know the condition is same in some areas.
We have the shortages of the printing machine of notes. We have the shortages of running tools which can fill the gap between inconvenience and difficulties.
We know there is a huge gap between India and Bharat i.e. city and villages there is no such type of facilities as we are getting in city and metropolitan areas. We need to aware the people about that and its merit and demerit.
Note changing is not a medium to stop the all eligible things. Here, we need to change the current system and old constitution.
We need to change the education system, government machinery and corruption in government organizations. We need to change the ethical system that we are currently running now.
I hope we could change it then things can change automatically.
Thanks,

On Nov 8th 2016 Modi Jii told that 500 and 1000 notes will not be valid from 9th nov.
It was a great step taken by our government to eradicate corruption. Demonetization is a great move but its implementation is not good because the middle-class people are not able to meet their needs for hospital needs and all. But if we want the change in the economy we have to suffer to these things. There will be an impact in long run in the economy. So demonstration is a great move. The people will pay the taxes accordingly and there will be a rise in GDP and economic growth.

Demonization was a good step to take the black money out to remove the corruption but the execution was a complete failure they didn't able to provide the new notes on time because of that people suffered and no politician or rich people was standing in the queue there were only poor and middle class people who stood in line for hours, and most of the rich people have connection with the bank managers as we all know they changed there notes without standing on the queue and poor people suffered for their own money and just for few notes the execution was complete failure and now we can see it hasn't changed anything everything is still the same.

The way I see it, corruption has not been uprooted by banning 500, 1000 notes. As people were able to exchange their black money against new notes. So we can say that idea of eliminating corruption through banning notes was right but the way it was implemented was not right. It made the situation worse.

Demonetization took place three times in Indian history, the last tym it took place on 1974 nd after that on midnight of 8 nov 2016. It was not at all an easy decision for our pm to make. Even he knew people would be facing lots and lots of problem, but there was no other option, it was to be done suddenly at once because if he mentions before a month, that such a decision is to be taken, the whole process would go in complete vain. Bt what was good to see was that our complete nation accepted it with a warm heart. There were no strikes, no burning of vehicles and tires nor blockage of the road. It is the law of nature every action has both positive and negative aspect. Yeah, we faced lots of problems, there were long queues in front of ATMs and banks but we common people realized that this is one of the most important step taken by our respect pm sir against corruption. India is a type of country which can't be a 100% corruption free but it can be removed up to a great extent, which our pm Modi sir has tried to do.

Demonetization nothing effected to corruption, and it helps more to bank and govt employees only. Only middle-class people suffered due to demonetization. Govt raised demonetization for a highlight purpose otherwise nothing happened after demonetization no corrupted list released. Moreover, old notes are good.

Obviously, implementation was not so good. It implemented in a hurry to make public fond of Modi as it was announced in 8 nov 2016 and there was an election in UP in Feb 2017 so gov think that this is a right time to implement and till the election, the problem will come in under control and this makes Modi famous in the country. That's why they announced demonetisation in a hurry they know if they would take some more time then maybe the situation will not be under control until election and people will not vote him. So demonetisation was for the benefit of their party. As we all know how media make this news a sensation and Modi a good leader. But it was just POLITICS.
