In my opinion, demonitization is the first step to avoid corruption. But I agree that the middle class and low class peoples affected a lot by this. Corruption could not be cleared fully by this technique. But it worked a little bit by saying that lots of money thrown in to the river and somewhere fired. All belonged to the rich people who were not paying their tax correctly. They were not legal money. They were stunned after hearing that news. Demonitization created a good impact on economy. Every citizen should accept this to build a better future. And I accept that behind this lots of difficulties are there. But as a citizen we should support this. And finally we have to support all the strategies for anticorruption.

Hi friends.
In my point view, the ban of 500, 1000 is corruption uprooted because past 2 decades we had never been thought about of ban the notes. But as the BJP came on power on 2014 the country value changed totally. Anywhere we are talking about ban of notes (8 Nov 2016) is very good as the all corrupted rooted out and main thing is that every state or cities going cashless because of demonitisation and now annual report had been published about cashless states or cities which teachs them to go cashless or uncorrupting nation. It's very good idea of NDA government of India. We knew that we had lost many life in queue but it's not affected the country because India is self sacrifice nation to do good for own country.

In my opinion, I think it's just a change of clothes, if the project of banning was properly planned then it would have been much better and no person would have lost their lives in this process. I think it was applied in real hurry that's why even before printing the new notes the old currency was banned rather notes should have been printed earlier to avoid this chaos.
Now, coming back to the topic its just change of clothes, recently I checked in to a hotel in Delhi, the heart of India, and the manager won't accept credit/debit cards they just want cash, banning can't solve corruption it's in the soil it can't be uprooted.
The Solution is just to ensure proper e-payments at every place so as to avoid corruption.

Hello, everyone.
The ban on 500 and 1000 notes was done to tackle the black money, stopping the funding of terrorism and various other reasons given by our government.
Coming to the main objective of the ban, it was to take back all the black money from the economy. In the process of collecting all the money, we saw various cases of how illegally money was credited to the defaulters account and also some cases of burning the same. So on that front, in my opinion, the government failed.
Now, what steps did the government take for further stealing of tax? No plans related to that were laid out and so the same process of tax stealing has started and hence I will conclude that the corruption just changed its clothes.

Hello.
Everyone good morning and all I admit for who was share the topic.
I also want to share my view on this topic.
Demonetization is the biggest step taken by respected Narendra Modi. According to respected Modi it was SURGICAL STRIKE on black money holder. We should know peoples who involve in corruption belongs to a rich background poor people are for away from corruption. During demonetization, banks gave priority to the rich people to deposit their cash and only poor people and small industry owner faced the problem.
Rich people used online transaction system during demonetization.
The Government can choose another way to eliminate corruption the way which strikes only to black money holder.
Thank you.

Demonetisation was one of the bold decision that government of India has taken till now. It was done to take control of corruption, fake currency and terrorism. As demonetisation leads to many difficulties to poor and middle-class people, that's also the reason that it was not appreciated by many of the people.
Also, our government was seemed to be not fully prepared for that bold step.
Because of many of bank officials, most of the black money was turned into white. Some people helps their friends and relatives to hide their black money. At the end, it was again us due to which that step was unsuccessful.
So our government can't do anything alone until we are not committed to support it's preventive measures.

Hello guys,
According to me, As every coin has two sides like wise peoples also have different perspectives. If you are looking towards Indian economy if we compared our GDP with 2015 then you will come to know that there is growth of 0.6 % previously it was 7.0% now it is 7.6%.
Through demonetisation not all black get demolished but few part of it get demolished and this contribute alot in the growth of economy. In the drought of money government suggest us to use cashless transactions during demonetisation, this again improves the growth of the economy and reduce corruption. So, It is not just changing clothes it gives us a direction and some positive vibes about changing our nation towards developed nation.

Hello, everyone!
Banning 500, 1000 notes was the very first substantial step that any government till date has taken. Banning them showed the government the modes through which people launder black money thus putting a stop to them immediately. It did give the people some problem but except the Congress, I could not see anyone else complaining. It has helped uproot corruption because the government announced the connecting of Aadhar to Pan card (providing transparency in income and expenditure) immediately after and encouraged cashless transaction, the government took out yojanas to award people who did cashless transactions. All this only shows that India is moving though slowly yet to becoming a super power.

Actually, in my opinion, the executive of this process are very bad. Let me give you examples.
1] In our about 80% peoples are live in rural area. They don't know any process about changing money in banks, in fact, many of them even don't have bank account and Adhar card. These type of people are actually affected by this.
2] the Upper Class who are actually responsible for corruption and have a maximum amount of black money like famous politician or businessmen are not affected by this. Only medium class and lower class are affected by this process.
3] those who have black money they make their way to convert into white. For ex - many cases of corrupt bank manager are there for converting black into white.

You people's are asking the common man to support the government But before saying that keep in mind that every action has an equal and opposite reaction. Your govt. When fully fledged can't support the normal people then how can it expect the common people's to support him. ? It's a meaningless statement put forward by you. If you go through the news paper you will find a lot of suicide cases committed due to this demonstration, and also you say it has not been properly implemented and black money is yet present in form of assets gold and real estate. Does your govt. Wants to curb back money at the cost of lives of the people's, such a big sacrifice. Pathetic! I think it's just changing clothes. Think twice.
