Hello everyone,
My name is Saddam and I am going to make my view on this issue.
I think every decision should major by their consequences and achievement. The decision of Noteban was a sudden and was without any constructive policy. Note ban spread chaos in the market and small business industries collapsed. Common people had to face any major problems for instance to stand in a long row to withdraw money, it was very inconvenient and almost more than 100 people had to lose their life while they had been stand in a long row. Moreover, Rcc, Real state business collapsed and millions of employers had to lose their job. The intention behind the decision was to eradicate black money although common People who earn legally had to suffer more.

According to me, demonetization is a great step taken by the government of India, but it without a proper planning because of this middle class and poor people suffer a lot because of this people take a leave from their job and stand a large queue in bank standing in queue it does not mean you get the money because they not providing the money on daily basis neither they put in ATM and after that their also a some corrupt employee in bank who don't want to reach money incorrect hand, poor people suffer a lot because their earning depend on the daily basis and they also not know how to use online transitions, corrupt people also find a way most of them invested their money in land and gold for me demonetization is just like changing cloth.

Hello everyone, the ban on 500 and 1000 notes is popularly known as PM Modi's surgical strike against the black money. Corruption is carried out mainly through cash because You can't pay bribe to a government official by cheque, bank transfer or by credit card and thus by banning 500 and 1000 rupees notes promised to get back illegal and black money and promised to provide justice to the citizens of India but point to be noted here is that it has not become so efficient way of reducing the corruption and it also mainly caused inconvenience to the common people rather than the corrupted people and also the government has not given the proper picture of after effects of the demonetization about how much black money has been collected etc.

Hello.
The banning of 500 and 1000 notes is a great step taken by Modi government but it is not implemented in a right way. Because of this only middle and lower class people suffered a lot. Rich people are not get affected. At the time of need, people had not get their money which was earned by lots of efforts. They had to stand in a long queue to exchange their old notes with new ones. This was a good step to remove corruption but the people whom should get suffered are not suffered anymore even they had not taken any efforts to exchange their money. They had exchanged their money without any limits and without standing in a queue outside the bank.
Nothing is changed by banning this 500-1000 notes. It's just like changing clothes.

Hi, I am Ganesh Ralebhat.
According to me, As every coin has two sides likewise peoples also have different perspectives. If you are looking towards Indian economy if we compared our GDP with 2015 then you will come to know that there is the growth of 0.6 % previously it was 7.0% now it is 7.6%.
Through demonetisation, not all black get demolished but few part of it get demolished and this contribute a lot in the growth of the economy. In the drought of money government suggest us to use cashless transactions during demonetisation, this again improves the growth of the economy and reduce corruption. So, It is not just changing clothes it gives us a direction and some positive vibes about changing our nation towards developed nation.

In my point of view, it is just one step to restrict the corruption. The government has to take numerous steps to uproot it. Its true, it took out all the black money from the society which was in the form of old 500 and 1000 notes. But in recent news, it is found that many people exchanged their old notes with the new notes with the help of bank managers and other brokers. They paid a lot for exchange. It was the only solution for some time. Again, the reality becomes the same as the previous. Even 2000 note is easy to hide in form of black money. It's a bad impact could be seen during the ban, it helped many people to earn in the wrong way. Till the current scenario, the ban of notes of 500 & 1000 is just changed its clothes.

A great initiative was taken on 8th Nov by the INDIAN govt with the aim of uprooting corruption. But I think it was unable to achieve its target. Because by some or the other ways people managed to exchange their old currency to new currency. Very few were arrested while exchanging. Basically the middle class and the poor were the sufferers. Many workers lost there jobs others were not having money to buy the raw materials. Still the RBI has not been able to disclose the amount that they received as old currency neither the government Has been able to state the merits of demonitisation. They only stated that it will be beneficial in long run. Only positive impact is that now officers fear while taking bribe and keeping black money.

According to me, demonitisation had both merits and demerits.
Merits:
It reduced the corruption in our country.
It helped India to go cashless.
There were programs like Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Yojana and Jan Dhan which helped the economically backwards societies. But just like a coin has two flip sides detoxification too had its demerits.
Those being.
First of all, the programme was not well planned.
There were huge lines in front of atm counters and many deaths due to the rush.
It is easier to keep unaccounted 2000rs cash since more money can be kept hiding.
People in rural areas were most affected since most people there have no access to atm cards.
Hence in my opinion detoxification had its own merits and demerits.

Hello everyone! In my opinion, this is a bold and great move. Bold because our PM took the courage to put a country of one billion into hardships for the collective good of economy. And great because it was able to root out huge amount of black money in one go. Yes I agree that this one step only is not going to remove corruption from the life of a common Indian. But this is a step in the right direction. As to quote the Joker - "Desperate times need Desperate measures". And it is not an unknown fact how deeply corruption is embedded on Indian system. Also now we are seeing implementation of GST which is going to plug the leakages in tax system by a big way. If Demonization was the beginning, then GST is going to be the journey.

Demonetisation was a bold move and it was intended for good cause of uprooting the corruption and it did in fact help government pulling out a lot of black money and now many people are afraid of collecting black money but it's not the permanent solution because corruption is not stopped definitely not uprooted since as we all people corrupt people are not going to stop by this we are going to take some serious action against corruption for uprooting. But still it was a good decision according to me yes I accept that many people especially in rural areas were facing a lot of troubles but we can't avoid the fact that it did bring a lot of black money out. And we all know that if we want to get something we have to lose something.
