In my point of view, banning of 500 and 1000 rs notes is a great decision of our PM Narendra Modi. It is a step to control of flowing of black money but by implementing this step is not good. Becuase some people who have the influence they easily change their money to white and some bank managers also supported them. This is the main drawback of this banning money. It will effect some more but not heavily effects who have black money.

But the middle class people and rural peoples suffered more they are waited in a queue line in a bank for changing money.

Finally, banning this denomination are not more effecting black money but it is a great step for controlling black money.

Finally, it increases cash less transaction due to less availability of money.

Hello friends, from my point of view, it was the good initiative taken by the Indian government.

Due to the ban of 500, 1000 notes some of the illegal activities like corruption, duplicity in the currency, storage of black money, and tax returns has been captured.

I agree with that, it was difficult to manage for the common peoples and especially the villagers who don't have that many facilities at their door step.

Thanks.

What I feel is that in the present situation, it has been useful because it has discouraged black money by preventing corruption but in the longer run the same corruption is going to repeat again and again some way or the other. So, the govt should take more care to prevent corruption by banning these notes and producing newer ones from time to time and better method should be introduced for the ppl to exchange their notes easily.

As we all know, Shri Narendra Modi Sir has recently ordered the ban on 500 and 1000 notes. We can find people all around reviewing the situation some are admiring his step, while some are just blaming the government.

Well, on my part, every step has its own ups and falls. If people say that they have faced a lot of trouble owing to the situation, it should also be admitted that so many money-makers have been exposed: people of all occupations-lawyers, stall owners etc. We could have never thought that even those people who cannot afford a full-plate food, can be found hiding their "immense unannounced" wealth!

Could they be exposed before? NO. Because there was no such law or order that could terrify them.

And when, Modi Sir, a citizen of India has made such a decision, he must have thought over it several times, because it was an important decision that could change the whole scenario. We should respect his decision since at least someone has thought about our mother India and her present helpless condition!

And we all have seen many fruitful consequences arising out, the unmentioned wealth of so many corrupt people has been revealed, and surely the people in far remote areas (where there are not much chance of online transactions), would think a thousand times before indulging in bribery cases---this is, indeed, a very effective step.

So, I conclude that although this may not remove corruption completely, but it is a good start.

Yes, of course, Demonetization is a bold decision to curb black money taken by Modi government. And the decision has been taken at that time when Internet revolutionary is on its high, which will not only uproot the black money available in the form 500 & 1000 currency notes but empower country people digitally also. Now the topic is that "corruption uprooted or just changing clothes" then I am in favor of corruption uprooted because it has withdrawn the money which was hoarded or deposited from illegal sources of income. It is a lesson teaching for those who made black money by their black deeds, it has set up a fear in dishonest, there is no doubt in saying that it was necessary to step, but it is not sufficient to cause black money is found in the form Real estate, gold also. That also needs to be cracked down. And making people aware of digital transactions specially in rural areas. How to make secure digital payment that's needed as well as important.

Banning 500 and 1000 rs is a great initiative taken by the government of India. But corruption is not uprooted, but it causes huge wastage of black money, which makes Indian economy less corrupted.

According to my opinion, demonetization is bold steps towards corruption. We all know that there are certain loopholes in this steps still nothing can be best steps than this ban, to fight with corruption. Now, systems of our banks, market, economy and citizens are alert against corruption.

First of all, the demonitisation move was poorly planned because of which there were a lot of protests in different states. Several deaths occurred which could have been averted by a better plan. Hospital authorities refused to provide medical help in exchange of old 500 and 1000 rupee notes, which resulted in a lot of deaths. Due to sudden rush for the exchange of old currency notes, a lot of accidents occurred. And not only that, farmers also faced problems in buying seeds needed for plantation because they didn't have enough cash with them due to cash shortage in banks and ATMs. Demand for food products showed a sharp decline because people didn't have enough cash to purchase the products, due to which the small food stall owners, ration shops who didn't have any PIN pads (card readers) to accept payments had to face a huge loss. And by the way how secret was this plan?on Nov 8, 2016, demonitisation was officially announced. A fortnight before this announcement Dainak Jagran had published a report in which the some RBI officers had spoken about possible demonitisation of 500 and 1000 rupee notes. And not only Dainak Jagran but the similar news was also published in the Hindu Bussiness line on Oct 21, 2016. Not only these two hints but the chairman of SBI had also spoken about the possible withdrawal of 500 and 1000 rupee notes in April 2016. Now, what do you think?the black money holders hadn't read the news?

The amount of trouble that the common people who didn't have any black money or were already facing shortage of money had to go through could have been avoided by a better plan, in which the black money holders couldn't have got any time to spend their black money, rather than giving them hints and making them aware of the the decisions to be taken to catch hold oh them.

Hi, I think in my view, demonetization mainly effect our common people of India because of due to issuing 2000 notes by our government without giving any pre-acknowledgement, they suffer from note changing problem and transaction problem whereas with richest people they only suffer from note exchanging problem b. Cos poor people does not have a lot of money, at the end, it was a very effective initiative taken by our Indian government.

The decision of our honourable prime minister took last year regarding banning 500-1000 notes has not worked fully that is corruption has not fully uprooted but it has affected. As we know that in a real world bringing this kind of change in a country which has very high population is not easy nd there is no magic that can uproot corruption overnight. We need to work for several years on this moreover this aim can't be achieved by a single person or by a group of people. This can only be achieved if each nd every citizen is willing to do this nd work honestly to make our country corruption free. Moreover talking about note ban, this action of our prom minister was a tight slap on many traitors like the one's making duplicate notes nd even on terrorism no doubt that the common man was affected badly because of this because all their routines were disturbed because of that long queue outside the banks but what we have analysed that all common people have supported this act nd were happily contributing which was good because all of us wants the same thing that corruption should be uprooted nd we all trust prime minister for the same.
