Hi friends.
Thank you for giving me this opportunity.
On October 8 our prime minister has to take a wonderful decision for the purpose of banning of old 500 &1000notes. In that decision, having some benefits and losses also included. First, we will discuss the losses. At that particular instant of time lot of people are struggling for the exchange of money to stay in front of banks. And also in that particular instant 126 people are died. We will forget those losses we will consider only the benefits. Corruption in India will be largely reduced, all the transactions are in the government hand, tax rates are also privacy, and the life style of the people increased more development in the day to day life. These are the basic some of the examples of the banning of old notes. Thank you.

Ban 500, 1000 notes is a very good step taken by Modi Ji but he got failed in the process of taking a step. If he took it in a right way than it would take India to developed country and it will reduce the corruption in our country. By implementing this I feel very less high people got affected by this because they have they have good knowledge on corrupting so they can easily change this money because they know it that's why they earned that much of money.
The people that got affected by this is only low level and middle-class people because the money they got earned is in right way that why are still in low and middle class. If they know how to corrupt then they will also high-level people. So I feel the idea that they got was nice but the process of implementation is not acceptable.

Hello Everyone,
My name is Aadivya, in my opinion, Demonetization is a very good step to take out the black money, but the implementation was very bad.
As you know all there were around thousands of people standing outside of a bank in a long queue, which hits the middle-class people. No one can saw a Rich people standing in a queue.
As many of situation happens at that time like, if I am talking about myself. I suffered a lot. There was a shortage of new Rs 500 or Rs. 2000 notes in the bank. The atm's were almost empty for most of the time.
If the Atm's was refilled in a week. The ppl were gathered there in a bunch & about 1 km long queue was made at the same time. There is also a problem of server down happens. Sever downs for an hour.
So, demonetization is only a cloth changing!

It was a good initiative by our government but we have to accept that it was a failure. First of all the whole country wasted enormous time in the queue. People have no other choice. The implementation was so poor that every Indian was affected. During the first eight days of the Demonetization more than ten new rules have been changed which shows how much RBI was prepared. Coming to corruption Bank was having a great deal with the corrupted people it was 50-50 offer. Only 5-6% black money was recovered. On 17th June 2017, a BJP member in Kerala was arrested for printing fake currencies in new 2000 notes. The data and fact say that terrorist and Naxals attacks have been increased. The ATM Delhi and of some areas was reported to dispense the fake currencies. So overall it was a failure.

In November 2016 a big jolt was felt in India. The jolt of banning 500 and 1000 rs note. This was welcomed by most of the people for this was against corruption. But coming to topic friends I think the corruption is a deep rooted problem it would take a lot more than changing currency. And you can't change currency every 5 years to remove corruption. More stringent laws are needed for this. This requires a strong determination and intention from each and every Indian. Because it's not only bureaucracy which has corruption. It's every sector who is suffering from this problem.
I believe the step is welcome but not enough.
Corruption is neither uprooted not fully changed but still present beneath the clothes which is decreasing with time as people are getting aware about their powers.

Banning 500, 1000 notes is just changing clothes. In short, it will affect the corrupt channels but this ban is not ready to uproot corruption in long term. The Government has introduced 2000 notes which will surely revive corrupts because bundles of 2000 notes will reduce stress on their soldiers and occupy less space. We have need to be more serious about all these corrupt channels rather putting ban on currency. Banking system should be more stronger to deal with these corrupt channels. A bridge is needed to impart the gap between all departments where corrupts can invest their corruptly hard earned money which is stolen by honest tax payers. To uproot all these corrupt channel we have need to bring change in our education system. Value addition is required in our education system.

Banning 500 and 1000 rupee notes were like a changing clothes. As our respected Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi took a decision of demonetization on 8th nov. 2016 at the evening.
But according to me, nothing is changed. Only common people suffered and those who were corrupted they exchanged their money by buying gold or did investment in properties.
The Government decided demonetization to reduce the level of corruption but it doesn't seem like it worked.
To find corrupted people common people suffered although they weren't a part of corruption. In search of ruin, spoil, dirty and big fish government take out the whole water from the lake and the result is small and healthy fish also died because of the scarcity of water. The Government should think about common and rural people.

So it is demonetisation.
A big and very difficult decision taken by Govt on 8nov 2016. According to me, the success of eradication any problem in India or other countries completely totally depends on the way people think about that problem. It's depends whether they take problem as a nation level or they want to save only themselves. So, until we do not successfully change their way of thinking we are not being able to eliminate issues like corruption because every time when we try there are always some people in the system who help wrong peoples and we failed. But this decision taken by gov reduce corruption at some extent now.
All accounts are linked to Aadhar and pan card and gov have all records of money flow.
Another thing is digital paying system really make easy our life.

Hello! everyone.
According to my point of view, the approach which was taken by the government on 8th November called " Demonetization" to eradicate corrupt pr black money from the India is one of the best methods. Because of many reasons:
1-According to RBI information they have been destroyed approx 12% black money.
2- before demonetization all black money were used in illegal activities like terrorism funding, gambling etc. But after this, all these things get reduced at least for some years.
3- And the main thing now people will not keep a large amount of money at home & by their taxes might be India will become a developed country.
I know there were many problems occured due to that. BUT As we all know " No one can get the best result without facing any difficulties".

Corruption can be uprooted partially but not completely by banning 500 and 1000 notes. But banning these notes gives us a hope on the government for the better development society. In this present world, evrryone expects something for their work they had done even it was not a well defined one, . There are so many who uses their intellectual and innovative brain for the bad purpose rather than for a good cause.
This can be explained through an example, after unveiling any good product into the market by small firms, it will be underlay in the society by some crummy firms as those are having some reputation in the society, so the small but good firms are suppressed. So we can say rich are becoming rich by opting some indirect and illegal ways but the poor are becoming more poor.
