According to me, Demonisation has both advantages and disadvantages. All black money holders put their money in the SWISS.it has some rules.
* It doesn't show/reveal how much money is deposited by the account holders.
* It doesn't have any limit for the money to deposit.
So, first, our government has to show that the property deposited by the holders is not legal.then the SWISS allows them to know the details of the holders.
But it is a time taken process.we have to wait for it. And if we come to disadvantages,
Common man has faced so many problems due to ban of 500 and 1000 notes.waiting at the banks, standing in the queue lines at ATM etc. These type of problems made the people to suffer. Now, almost all the problems related to the ban of 500, 1000 notes are cleared. Now, we have to wait for how black money will come to reveal and how does it affects.

For the first time in years, a big reform has been taken to uproot corruption. The amount of black money recovered may not be the same as was expected but the initiative on such a big magnitude to tackle corruption is appreciable. However, the long-term benefits are going to be more significant as more and more people shift to cashless modes of transactions. It has also accelerated the process of financial inclusion on a large scale. However, a single reform cannot uproot corruption completely as unaccounted money may be held in different form such a property, jewelry etc. Hence a number of reforms need to be taken to eradicate corruption completely. Moreover, the small ticket corruption that we face in our daily lives in government offices is also an issue. More of such big bang reforms are needed in the future to make India a zero corruption country.

Hello.
Friends.
Ban of 500, 1000 notes are introduced by central govt of India. Govt take a very good decision. It will be helpful for developement of our country not only developement the corruption will be reduced.
Due to this ban of 500, 1000Rs there is so much of effect is occuredon high class people. It is one advantage to the society.
Not only due to this there is so much of effect is occurred on middle class people compared to the higher class people.
Effect is nothing but it is very bad situation in their life. Without money the middle class people cannot earn.
But recently the govt annonced that it releases 2000Rs notes. This very good decision.
But compared to 500, 1000Rs notes the corruption will be increases.
So from my point of view please release the new notes that means every year ban the previous notes & release new notes.

Hello everyone.
Banning 500, 1000 note is good movement by the government. But, not gone as per they thought.
Because of this, Farmers, small traders are experienced very difficult to find the way out of it. Small businesses stop because of no cash in hand. On another side, big businessman is not worried about it. They are free from the process.
According to the government, 99% plus demonetize is back to the bank. That simply not possible without the accepting money of big businessman.
Government intention is good or bad that's doesn't matter. Because no black money is recovered from the demonetizing. And government should accept this. So, It just changing clothes like that.
But last, Because of that the digital payment increase very well. That's the benefit from it. On the black money part, there is no need of demonetization at all.
Thank you.

HELLO FREINDS,
This is a big decision by the government to ban 500 and 1000 notes. I think little bit corruption will be uprooted. Many agencies have the machine to print the duplicate note and most probably in Pakistan. Therefore in Jammu & Kashmir there is always riots. So the ban of notes the duplicate notes not be published.
This is good for India to fight with the terrorist, to fight with corruption. Also, the Government is trying to connecting with digital payment. Therefore there is no need to traveling with a huge amount of cash. If all the people do the transaction with digital then income tax department will also know the process of debit and credit of money and they have right to ask the people for which purpose they are giving the money.
If this thing will happen then it takes some time but corruption will be stopped.
Thankyou.

Hi, According to me, demonization is a great step taken by our government And it definitely helps to uproot corruption from our country as the black money is not only that money which is earned by any illegal works but also that money which is not in knowledge of Indian govt or we can say not in the monetary circulation. Facts say that more than 80. Of Indian currency was in 1000 and 500 denomination and from them a lot of notes are out of monetary circulation from a long time. Hi By this banning of notes, not only corrupted people tracked down easily but also it leads to a huge amount of money in the circulation which will go to reduce the effect of inflation in our country. Secondly, it also effects the funding of terrorism and other illegal activities. It may not the only step to uproot corruption but definitely, it is a very strong one.

I think it is very appreciated step towered reducing the corruption because corruption is the core root which is pulling India down. As India population is around 1.2 billion but still we are lacking in industrial and IT sector which is the new face of development. These banning on old 500 and 1000 rs note is just like bomb blasting on the corrupted people who just made rich by going in a corrupted way.
- For example, it is very interesting to know that if there is a government servant says, a politician who have maximum 50 to 70 thousand salaries, but instead of this they have acres of land or huge amount of bank balance, it's all earned by a corrupted way. I think by doing banning of notes every corrupted people have to give their clarity. And it will also lead to fresh recruitment in every field where everybody will be corruption free.

In the evening of 8th Nov. ' 2016, our Honorable PM announced that Rs 500 & 1000 will not be legal tender, to stop the corruption, terrorism & black money etc. The decision was in the favour of nation but the people of India are so clever, they again searched a different mode to benefit themselves. Although, we can say that corruption has been reduced but by the introduction of Rs 2000 note the generation of black money has started again. The anti national activists could take the benefit of this by printing of duplicate notes and our nation will face the same issue. Before implementation of any legal boundation a complete research has to be done, so that previous mistakes are not repeated. So according to my opinion, corruption has not been truly uprooted from our country. It will really take some time for a corruption-free India.

Hello Everyone!
I think it was one of the worst decision in Indian history. It was bad for Indian people, economy we still see result of it. From small villager to metro city everyone has faced many problems.
As far as corruption concern NOTHING HAS CHANGED. In fact all black money holder converted their money in white. The large amount of corruption happens in politics from Ministers to Government officials this amount varies from few to hundreds to thousands of Crore rupees.
So if you really wants fight against corruption and black money. Find the corrupt politicians, official who is still holding position.
Banning notes is not solution. Its like you think every single person in India holding black money at their homes. Instant of that just Identify the corrupt person and take action you have all power from CBI, ED, IT, Police etc.

Corruption in India is in active mode since its independence. It is like some kind of gift from British Empire to us. Corruption are of various types and among them, the most popular mode of corruption is money. Suppose I go to circle office for any office work and approach any official person. They won't do until I drop some amount to their pocket. This is lower level of corruption where people deal in smaller denomination in general and higher denomination in particular. When we look corruptions such as passing a tender in someone's favour, the officials see no limit and place a higher amount which are transacted in higher denomination. Among all the denominations, 500 & 1000 were the most prevailing ones. To cut the line of continuity of this money giving system, I think it is a good step from govt to demonetize those currencies.
