It's very simple thing.

Stars don't move in space. They are stationary.
While the earth rotates from west to east, it appears like stars moving from east to west (Nikki's example).
It is the same concept, the sun rising at the east and falling at west.

Which Means trains is moving but trees are stable.

If you take a general situation where train moves in one direction but its surroundings seem to be moving in the opposite direction even though they are not.
The same perception can be seen in the direction of stars w.r.t to earth.
