Noontime means 12:00pm we know that the difference between GMT and IST is 5.30hrs
So, GMT = 12:00 - 5.30 = 6:30am.
So, GMT = 12:00 - 5.30 = 6:30am.

Every longitude is 4mins then for west we should be added and for the East we should subtract. For example

Each longitude 4 mins then multiply 4 * 82.5.
Answer: 5hrs 30 mins now add that's it and subtract in the case of east.
