How is ampere is right?

Actually COULOMB/SEC IS CHARGE. THEN HOW TO AMPERE IS RUGHT WAY?

If you ASK UNITS THEN AMPERE IS PERFECT BUT you ASK ONLY C/S = CHARGE.
