Same as we seen current wire were it has 2 wires one is red and other black means that red is (phase+ve) and black is (neutral-ve).

Atom contains three particles. Proton, neutron, electron.
Proton is +ve charge,
Electron is -ve charge,
But obviously neutron is neutral charge.;)
