I agree with him because electron has - charge and proton has the + charge and this is same as battery where + and - terminals are present and neutron for the no charge because it is work as ground.

So the neutron is work as ground or zero or no charge.

Since atom contains three particles. Proton, neutron, electron. Proton is +ve charge, electron is -ve charge, neutron is neutral charge.
