Ton = (RA+RB) C1 = 3 ms.
Toff = RB*C1 = 3 ms.
T = Ton+Toff = 6 ms.
F = 1/T = 1/6 ms = 167 HZ.
Toff = RB*C1 = 3 ms.
T = Ton+Toff = 6 ms.
F = 1/T = 1/6 ms = 167 HZ.
