If you want to measure the capacity of a single battery then the unit is Ah.
For ex: In the battery specification if it has been mentioned 2Ah it can supply 2A of current for 1 hour or 1A of current for 2 hours.
If you want to compare the capacity of two different batteries with the same capacity in Ah then we will consider Voltage of those batteries too. Hence the unit used here is kWh.
1 kwh= Voltage x Ah.
For ex: If a battery A contains of 2.2 V of 2 Ah has to be compared with battery B of a 9.6V battery of 2 Ah we use Wh.
Capacity of Battery A = 2.2 x 2 = 4.4 Wh
Capacity of battery B = 9.6 V x 2 Ah = 19.2 Wh
Extra information: If two batteries having the same voltage and capacity(in Ah) then we use another rating called C rating. It is an informal way of describing how much current the battery can safely deliver.
For Ex: If in a battery cover it has been mentioned 2.2 Ah 20 C rating then its capacity is 20 x 2.2 = 44A.

1Ah = 3600 coulomb, 1Wh = 3600 coulomb. How? Tell me, please.
