Arrow head points to p junction means anode and bar on the other hand represents the n side means cathode.

Actually bar in the diagram represent n type and arrow pointing to bar represent p type, we know that current flows opposite to electrons. Normally anode represent -ve and cathode represent +ve i.e. arrow will points to anode. Answer c is right.

The question is where the arrow points to? Arrow indicates the flow of current. So its direction is from p to n. So the arrow should point to N. Answer B is the right one.

Arrow is in p-type, line(ring) is in n-type.
