Digital circuit means 0 or 1 therefore cutoff means 0 and saturation means 1, that's all.

While transistor has to be used as an amplifier then it is operated in active region.

I just want to know the voltages in both the modes i.e. cutoff and saturation.

But transistor is mostly used as an amplifier in active region of it.

Cut off (no collector current), useful for switch operation.

Anybody tell me what is the significance of cut off region?

Hey Mr.Veerendra Active region is the region of operation.
