RMS value in a.c. is the value when d.c. is applied resulting in same amount of heat produced.
therefore V = 1.414*Vm
= 1.414 *(10-6)
= 1.414*4= 5.656 V
= 6V
therefore V = 1.414*Vm
= 1.414 *(10-6)

= 6V
