Output is = v1+v2 = 4.75 then = 10-4.75 = 5.25.

Output Voltage = (Rf/R1)(1+(2R'/R))(v1-v2).

v0 =A * (V2 - V1),
A = 1 + (2 * 5k)/500.
A = 1 + (2 * 5k)/500.
