Conductance=1/resistance.
So, conductance= ( (1*1000) /8) ms.
=125 ms.

Conductance = 1/resistance.
g = 1/r = 1/8 = 0.125mh = 125ms.
g = 1/r = 1/8 = 0.125mh = 125ms.
