Resistance proposed ohmic so that, so that's why it is named by ohm. Every conductor have some resistance.

Resistance is the opposition offered to current in a conductor, it's measured by an ohmmeter and its unit is ohm.

The scientist full name is "Georg Simon Ohm".

Resister is not conductor. It is insulator. It is resist the current. Whose resist the current those are resistance. Resistance measured in ohm. Becuse ohm was 1st scientice to discover the resistance. Therefor resistance unit is ohm. Current unit is ampere and Voltage unit is volt. Then R=V/R.

Resistance is - R=V/I
Here R is Resistance
and V is Voltage
and I is current

A conductor is said to have a resistance of one ohm if it permits one ampere current to flow through it when one volt is impressed across it terminals.

Ohm is correct answer because r=v/i.
