1 mA = 1000 nA.
7 mA = 7000 nA.

So it is option D.

7000x10^-9 = 7000x10^-3x10^06.
= (7000/10^3)x10^-6.
= (7000/1000)x10^-6.

Answer: 7μA.

700nm = 700*10^-9.

Convert nano to micro,
= 7000*10^-9*(1u /10^-6),
= 7000*10^-9*10^6 um,
= 7000*10^-9+6 um,
= 7000*10^-3 um,
= 7um.
