According to ohm's law current and voltage are inversely proportional. So voltage decreases.

When the speed of conductor moving in presence of magnetic field increases, the number of magnetic lines of force cut by it increases and hence the induced voltage increase.

When the speed of conductor increases, the flux interact to conductor also increases so that the induced emf is increases in the conductor.

Speed of conductor is directly proportional to induced voltage.
So when magnetic field is increased induced voltage also increase.
So when magnetic field is increased induced voltage also increase.

It can also be derived from the formula,
e=B*L*V.
where e is the induced emf in the conductor when the conductor moves perpendicular to the field.
L is the length of the conductor.
V is the velocity of conductor.
And hence e is proportional to the speed of conductor.
e=B*L*V.
where e is the induced emf in the conductor when the conductor moves perpendicular to the field.
L is the length of the conductor.
V is the velocity of conductor.
And hence e is proportional to the speed of conductor.

In a generator induced emf is proportional to speed hence if speed increses obviously emf increases.

Due to magnetic field flux is produced, if flux increase means induced emf is increased. The flux is directly proportional to induced emf.
