If it is a practical ct source then it has finite resistance if it ideal ct source then resistance is zero.

Being practical current source it has finite internal resistance otherwise it is infinite in case of ideal.

If there is no resistance, available current source is present, but there is no voltage drop, so resistance must be present there.

I figured this out by the fact that if you have INFINITE internal resistance (ie an OPEN circuit) then you will not have a very practical current source!

The fact can be easily explained by OHMs law that whenever a voltage is applied across a conductor thn current will flow. If their is no resistance then no current.
