Ideal current source has zero internal resistance & voltage source having infinite resistance hence we are connecting across the supply.

Ideal current source has infinite internal resistance. Because in thermos sometimes we have to replaced current source by internal resistance i.e. by open circuit.

You both are wrong ideal current source have infinite internal R because no current should be leak through parallel path. Ideal means there will be no current leak.

The answer should be true. In ideal current source internal resistance is zero and for ideal voltage source resistance is infinite.
