Here is a shortcut.
Here you can simply divide No of PG(21% of 24700)/No of Grad.(14% of 27300),
since X:Y = X/Y.
After that, you will have an answer in decimal, which will be 1.357.
Now all you have to do is check the ratios in Option.
And the answer is, Option D, 19:14 = 19/14 = 1.357.
