The 4th and final G20 Sustainable Finance Working Group (SFWG) meeting under India's G20 presidency began in Varanasi on September 14, 2023. The two-day meeting brought together over 80 delegates from G20 member countries, invitee countries, and international organizations.

The world's highest fighter airfield will be constructed in Ladakh, India. The Border Roads Organisation (BRO) has initiated the construction of the airfield in Nyoma, which is located at an altitude of 13,700 feet. The airfield is expected to be completed by 2024 and will be able to accommodate fighter jets such as the Sukhoi Su-30MKI.
