Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) is set to develop a global economic hub in Navi Mumbai. The company has secured sub-leases on approximately 3,750 acres of land for this purpose. This initiative follows a memorandum of understanding signed with the Maharashtra government in 2018, and the lease spans 43 years.

India's first urban ropeway project is underway in Varanasi and is set to be operational by August 2024. This ropeway will connect Varanasi Cantonment Railway Station to RathYatra, enhancing connectivity in congested areas of the city. The project, known as the 'Parvatmala Pariyojana', is being constructed by Vishwa Samudra Engineering in collaboration with Switzerland's Bartholet Maschinenbau AG.
