Chennai is home to Intellion Park, developed by Tata Realty & Infrastructure Ltd., which achieved the distinction of becoming India's largest campus to receive the WELL Core Platinum certification. The certification, awarded by the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI), recognises excellence in building design and operations that support occupant health and well-being. The evaluation covers factors such as air quality, lighting, thermal comfort, acoustics, and operational standards. In addition to this achievement, the campus is also India's first IFC EDGE Zero Carbon-certified development. The recognition highlights Chennai's growing prominence as a hub for sustainable and environmentally responsible commercial infrastructure.

The second edition of the India Logistics Conclave 2026 is scheduled to be held in Mumbai on June 17, 2026, at The Taj Mahal Palace. Organised by the Brihanmumbai Custom Brokers' Association (BCBA), the event is centred on the theme "One Fraternity, One Vision — Logistics Driving India Towards Viksit Bharat." The BRICS Agriculture Ministers' Meeting concluded in Indore on June 13, 2026, with the adoption of the Indore Declaration aimed at strengthening global food security and promoting sustainable agriculture. The meeting brought together BRICS member nations, which collectively account for a significant share of the world's population, agricultural land, and foodgrain production. Key outcomes included the creation of networks focused on agroecology, regenerative agriculture, digital farming, and farmers' rights. The event also emphasised cooperation in artificial intelligence, geospatial technologies, seed systems, and agricultural research. Indore, located in Madhya Pradesh, served as the venue for these important discussions on agricultural collaboration and innovation.

The foundation stone for a new MSME Technology Centre was laid at Khizarsarai in Gaya, Bihar, by Union Minister for MSME Jitan Ram Manjhi and Bihar Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary on June 15, 2026. The project involves an investment of ₹170 crore and aims to strengthen industrial development and skill enhancement in the region. The centre will feature advanced facilities such as an Industry 4.0 laboratory, production and training blocks, and hostel accommodations. It is expected to train around 7,000 individuals annually and provide technical support to more than 1,000 MSMEs each year, benefiting the broader Magadh region of Bihar.

The Zojila Tunnel Project is a landmark infrastructure development aimed at ensuring year-round connectivity between Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh. The tunnel, stretching approximately 14 km between Baltal and Minamarg on NH-1, will overcome the seasonal disruptions caused by heavy snowfall at Zojila Pass. The project is expected to reduce travel time between Sonamarg and Minamarg from two hours to about 30 minutes. Equipped with modern safety systems, including fire detection, ventilation, and CCTV surveillance, the tunnel will improve transportation, strengthen regional connectivity, and support economic and strategic development in the region.
