Axial flow is correct here it is asked for using at supply mains.

1. Centifugal pump
2. Propeller pump (axil flow pump) both are used lifting of water with pressure. But most commnly used axil flow pump.

Axial flow pump is a type of a centrifugal pump.

Centrifugal pump is the right answer because it has high discharge with low head.

Centrifugal pumps are used because it gives continue discharge.
