Agri @Sam, The answer should be 103.295 M this is the RL of roof slab but if the distance is wanted between the roof level and the floor level it should be 3.295 m.

Answer should be reduce level + two type of staff level.

The answer should be RL of roof is 99.995 + (1.505 -(-1.795)) = 103.295.

bs-fs = 1.505-(-1.795), because staff is inverted.
