Pinned joint can not be bend or there will be no moment can produce at pin joint so total moment is equal to M.

Sum of moment about A is = to zero.
M = Rb*L.
Rb = M/L and Ra = (-M/L).
Take moment @ A from Rb, (M/L*L) = M.
M = Rb*L.
Rb = M/L and Ra = (-M/L).
Take moment @ A from Rb, (M/L*L) = M.
