No answer B is correct because E will in kg/cm2 so every dimension will be in cm.

Elongation = PL/AE.
= 3000*500/(2.1*10^6*3.14*2^2/4).
= 0.2275 mm.
= 3000*500/(2.1*10^6*3.14*2^2/4).
= 0.2275 mm.
