ANSWER is C = (K) bulk modulus.
Ev = 3p(1 - 2u)/E,
p/Ev = K (E=3K(1 - 2u)).
Ev = 3p(1 - 2u)/E,
p/Ev = K (E=3K(1 - 2u)).
