Option A is absolutely correct.

Compressibility means av (coefficient of compressibility) "av" is propertional to "mv", "mv" is inversely proporitonal to "Cv", "Cv" is inversely proportional to "t".

So as av increase mv increase and so cv decreases leading to increase of t i.e consolidation time.

t = CV * Tv/d'2.
Cv = k/Av * density.
