According to IS 456 clause 26.2.1.1 for above M40 grade concrete g the bond stress is 1.9 N/mm2. So option D is more appropriate.

150 kg/cm2 that means 15N/mm2. IS 456 -1978 given M15 grade of concrete design bond strength is 1 N/mm2 means of 10kg/cm2.

There are only 15 grade of mix design of concrete from M15 to M85. So in above statement. the grade of concrete is M15.

M10 1.0N/mm2 m20 1.2N/MM2 M25 1.4N/MM2 M30 1.5N/MM2 M35 1.7N/MM2 M40 and above 1.9N/MM2 and this is only for plain bar.

B is correct as it is given in kg/cm2, if in N/mm2 then it is 1, also it M15 N/mm2 = M150kg/cm2.

As per IS 456 Table 21 for WSM.
Permissible bond stress for M15 is 0.6 N/mm^2.
Permissible bond stress for M15 is 0.6 N/mm^2.

M150 means 150 n/mm2 so 15 kg/cm2 .
Then you can so 2/3 *15 = 10 kg/cm2.
Then you can so 2/3 *15 = 10 kg/cm2.

It will be 5 for bending stress and 4 for direct stress in compression.

Bond stress any concert is 2/3 of grade of concert.
2/3*15 =10 kg/cm2.
2/3*15 =10 kg/cm2.

Bond stress = 2/3 of conc. grade.
So,
2/3 * 15 = 10 kg/cm^2.
So,
2/3 * 15 = 10 kg/cm^2.
