Q1 = A1 * V1,
V1 = Q1/A1,
Q = 0.3,
A1 = 0.1,
V = 0.3/0.1 = 3.

Q2 = Q1 = 0.3.
= A2 * V2,
V2 = Q2/A2, 0.3/0.1=1.

HL = (V1-V2)^2/2g,(3-1)^2/2g.
=2^2/2g,4/2g,
=2/g.
