Question clearly stated that 'DIMENSION LESS parameter NOT APPLICABLE'.
So the only option having dimension is kinematic viscosity, So, the answer is 'D'.

As per my knowledge, dimensionless parameter not applicable to flowing liquids. But kinematic viscosity has dimension so except kinematic viscosity dimensionless parameter application for all option.
Correct answer is D.
