Option D is the right answer. Because internal hinge become roller.

Option (D) should be the answer as internal hinge will get replaced by roller.

The right answer is D.
Because in the case of conjugate beam:
A. Fixed end become free end.
B. Hinged end become roller end.
C. Simply support become hinged.
And last one is remain same.
Because in the case of conjugate beam:

In case of conjugate beam fixed end becomes free and vice versa. Internal hinge becomes interior hinge/roller and vice versa.
