Brick size standard 19x9x9 and partition WALL MEASURED IN SQM SO WALL thickness (9cm brick width + 1.5 internal wall plaster + 2.0 outer plaster) =12.5 cm.

The answer is wrong. The standard brick size is 19 x 9 x 9 cm. So the thickness of the wall is 9 cm and the plastering work is 1 cm. So thickness is 10 cm.

Half brick walls or the partition walls will be measured in Sqm, which will not exceed maximum 155 mm (115 mm brick + 15 mm Internal plaster + 25 mm external plaster).

Brick walls are measured in sq.m if the thickness of the wall is half brick or as a partition wall and that will be 10 cm so answer 1 will be correct.
