Answer must be 10 cm thickness of wall for measuring in square meter.

According to me, 9cm(wall thickness)+12mm(internal plastering)+12mm(external plastering) = 11.4cm.

Generally standard size of bricks is 19*9*9
Wall thik is 9 & plaster is 1 cm so 9+1 =10cm

Wall thickness is = 9+1 cm plaster.

It Should be 11.5cm without plaster. Or 15cm with plaster.
