Both (B and D) option are correct. But D option is more accurate as compare to option B. According to R. Agor.

The correct answer must be "B". Because cement should feel cool when the hand is thrust in the bag.

I am also agree on option B because it is the quality of cement that it must give a cool feeling.

Both A, B, C are right (field test). D is wrong it should not float but sink immediately.

The cement should float for a while before it sinks to be a good cement.
