Granite and quartzite are sillious rock.
Slate and laterite rock are argillaceous rock.
Marble and limestone are calcareous rock.
These are all chemical classifications of rock.

Both Metamorphic and siliceous is right.

Chemically it is silicious and geologically it is metamorphic but both options are not available and generally, we believe that simply rock means geological classification so option A should be the answer.
