It is both metamorphic and silicious, I guess metamorphic option should not have been given since all the other options are under chemical classification.

Quartzite is a metamorphic rock formed when quartz-rich sandstone or chert has been exposed to high temperatures and pressures. Such conditions fuse the quartz grains together forming a dense, hard, equigranular rock.

It is silicious rock in its chemical composition but under the process of metamorphizm. So metamorphic is given in terms of method. And the other 3 option are given in accordance with chemical conpositio. So answer will be silicious rock.
