1 hour mean 60 minutes
1/4 hour mean 15 minutes
1/2 hour = 30 minutes
1/4 hour mean 15 minutes

D is the option C is incorrect it comes as 8.25 hrs and not 8.15 hrs.

Cross multiplication.
60*0.25 = 15.
