No answer is not 10 because we have remove the square root from 0.0169X
So (1.3)2
then,
0.0169X= (1.3*1.3)
0.0169X=1.69
X=1.69/0.0169
x=169/100/169/10000
then x= 169/100 * 169/10000
x=100 answer
So (1.3)2
then,
0.0169X= (1.3*1.3)
0.0169X=1.69
X=1.69/0.0169
x=169/100/169/10000
then x= 169/100 * 169/10000
x=100 answer

The given value is 169/10000,so while applying root to the value we get 13/100, i.e;0.13
So if we multiply with 10 .den we get 1.3
ANS=10
So if we multiply with 10 .den we get 1.3
ANS=10
