Here, 20% of a=b i.e.,(20/100)a=b
then, b%20 i.e.,(b/100)*20---I
then sub b=(20/100)a in I
we get,
=(20/100)a * (1/100) * 20
=(20/100)a * (20/100)
=(400/10000)a
=(4/100)a
= 4% of a
